Lynn McInturf is the founder and owner of Lynn McInturf Associates (LMA), a Cincinnati, Ohio based sales training and development organization, and a Sandler Sales Institute franchise. LMA specializes in sales force evaluations, business development strategies, sales productivity training, strategic sales management, executive coaching, and recruiting and hiring. Our client base is composed of corporations, small to medium businesses and individual sales professionals.

Prior to starting her own business in 1994, Lynn spent twelve years in the corporate world. She worked in the contract furniture industry (Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, Knoll International). Lynn worked for a division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Dallas, Chicago and New York. After 8 successful years in sales, she was promoted to International Director of Sales Training where she was responsible for providing product knowledge and selling skills training to 250 internal salespeople as well as 1500 salespeople within dealerships who were distributing the products.

Lynn and her family relocated to Cincinnati in 1994, when she started her own business. Lynn currently serves on the board of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Busken Bakery. She also is a member of the Women's Leadership Council and the Tocqueville Society for the United Way.
